Most awesome weekend

Post by Umber »

My husband and I went to our favorite beach house this weekend. We had the most relaxing time, no TV, radio, noise.... just precious peace and quiet. That is a rare thing at our house these days.

We stayed up til wee hours reminiscing about our high school days. We have known each other for 28 years!

How fortunate we were to get a weekend to ourselves and get connected again.

Hugs

Hi Lori...sounds like a great time...I had a dream about the beach cabin I lived in years ago....the other art teacher from my school was living in it and fixed it up. I kept telling her that she would be sorry that she moved in because of the rats! What a weird dream! I have been  for a few days. Thursday I came home at noon with a temp, but had to go in to work on Friday because it is mid-term time, and the kids had to turn in projects. I still had a temp on Friday, but am feeling better today....just a little congested. I need to say good bye...I need to finish my grade reports....sigh....take care...JJ

Hi Lori,

Good for the two of you!

Most of us don't do things like that near often enough these days.

Jill,

Your fever probably contributed to that dream. It's the pits when we have to go to work with a fever. I hope you're feeling much better by tomorrow.

Hugs,
Wayne
