U know---I get my prescriptions thru MercoMedco----and I just looked up the cost of the actonel---$30.00 for 90 day supply---each box contains enuf for one full month!!!
I am hoping that the Xercizing I have been doing will improve things? cus I am tired of pills--pills and pills!!

Barbara, the exercize should help. Exercize triggers your bones to absorb the calcium you take/eat. No exercize and they don't absorb. Figure you don't need stronger bones if you aren't going to put any stress on them I guess.
