HAIL!
We got hit with some real nasty weather around 5:45 PM this evening when we came thru town on the way to home out here in the country. I had the wipers on High and still couldn't see doing 15 mph. I pulled over under a gas station awning with several others when it started to hail nickle sized hail. Had to pull over three times with in 2 miles to keep from getting pelted. But we came thru ok. Couldn't find any dents but haven't looked real close yet.

I saw those cells on the radar when I got back from making a delivery this afternoon. That cloud looked nasty.
We've got some severe storms passing through here, right now, but fortunately, the worst part appears to be south of us.

I thought of you guys last night. There were some storms with tennis ball size hail in the East Panhandle. The weatherman said would stay over open country. Thought to myself there are people out in the open country - just not as many! My uncle lives on a farm between Wellington and Quail. My ears always perk up when their county is mentioned.
Going to celebrate Cinco de Mayo tomorrow night with fajitas, spanish rice, and corn tortillas.
