I just was talking to a friend and neighbour of mine and she told me about a book she has been reading. It's called the Maker's Diet by a Dr. Rubin.
She says she knoew of several people who have had good results with relief of colon related diseases. Don't know if any of you have heard of it, but just thought I
d run that one by you.
Apparently, it addresses food additives, growth hormones that are fed to animals and chemicals/sprays used on fruit and vegetables.
I'm going to try to get a copy and read it.
