Maybe it comes from his being an elevator mechanic----we know it was always up and down but boy did they ever have repairs to do on those elevators---and escalators--

It's raining here, so we're staying and and getting ready for our little trip on Tuesday. Going to Seaside, OR for three days. I'm going to take the opportunity to test out (and learn how to use) my new camera. John wanted one with a telescopic lens, so we got a nice Fujifilm with a 10X zoom. Not big, but it does everything we need. Should get some nice oceanside pctures, I hope.
