Does anybody know any thing about cleaning & restoring Video tapes? The video od Judy & Balan's wedding has become all mouldy, which I found on Saturday when I went to put it on DVD. It has taken me until now to clean off all the junk from the video head to get it working again. I think that this is the only copy of the tape in captivity, as Judy's seemed to go missing during her moving to New Zealand. It was such a beautiful ceremony, with not only two of her friends singing but she herself singing a beautiful song especially for Balan, which had everybody in tears. I would appreciate any help that you could give me.
Love
Liz

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
You're very welcome, Liz.
I think you're right--my experience has been that mold can be very tough to work with, depending on what it's growing on. I wouldn't want to tackle the job of tring to remove it from a video tape, unless I had specialized equipment to deal with it.

Wayne
