Paging Barbara!!! and everyone else....

Post by Maureen »

Hi Barbarba!

I bet you thought I fell off the side of the earth again! :ciao:

My son clicked on a website that infected my computer soooooooooooo bad that I had to call McAfee Security at $3.95 per minute to help me fix it! (I talked for 11 minutes) $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Everytime I cleaned my computer it got reinfected my either using my mouse or my keyboard...I learned a lot about viruses....more than I'd like to know..

Anywho (that's right anywho) My computer is good to go! I ordered Spyware and I've been scanning my computer daily.

I love the conversation you had about Sudoku! I am totally addicted!!! :mallet:

I haven't had a chance to catch up on all the posts but I have some good news:
I bought my very own laptop!!! I can't wait to use it (It will be delivered next Mondayish)
Then, I can e-mail all I want! Yay!
Gotta keep this short - don't want to lose ya!
Love,
Mo :rose:

Hi MO!

Congrats on your laptop! Now we will see more of you! I just got an iPOD nano - ain't technology grand? My teenage son is teaching me how to use the iPOD - I'm a whiz now at downloading songs.

Isn't Sudoku the BEST? I do it first thing when I get the paper in the morning. I was so excited last week because I was able to do one that was a 4 out of 5 diffuculty. I still can't do the 5/5 ones - can you? But I am so much better than when I first started.

Love,

Polly

Awe....Barbara you make me feel so speeeeeecial! :bigbighug:

I checked for responses to my post last night and this morning and I was beginning to feel sad.

I love the picture of the Earth....It's nice to know you're still out there!

I've had a stupid headache all day....it's finally worked its way up to a pounding headache :bricks: Maybe it's this rainy weather we are having.

Is it raining in NY?

Polly: I can do the hard Sudokus but I rather do the easy ones so I can multi-task (watch tv, talk to hubby or kids) without too much brain work.

Happy Tuesday,
Love,
Mo

Oh what a tangled web we weave!"

I love the way you type your messages! and by the way: My neck isn't as long as it looks in the picture! And my shirt looks wider than it is....I think it's because I had my arm around my husband and when I e-mailed my picture to Wayne he cut him out...which is fine with me.....I just wanted to let you know that I am not very photogenic (is that how you spell it?)

See ya,
Love,
Mo

Hmmmmmmm. You're right--looks like I painted in more shirt than I should have. Sorry.

Incidentally, the picture that includes your husband, is also in the custom avatar gallery. You can swap it with this one, in your profille, if you want. Just delete the current avatar, and select the new one.

Love,
Tex

Wayne, you are always there when I need you! Thanks...

The picture is probably the best one I have....I'll look around for a better one!

I called in sick today due to another migraine. My dr. wants to send me to a headache clinic to see what they suggest.....I cried all morning...

I am so tired of being in pain all the time...but I keep a positive attitude and the kids I work with keep me smiling all day.

I hope you are having a good Wednesday!

Mo

Hi Mo,

Sorry to hear that you're having such a bad day. I hope that you give some serious thought to trying that headache clinic.

I have to say that severe headaches tend to put me out of the running faster than anyting else, because if I can't stop them in time, I can't concentrate on anything, let alone try to work. I usually wind up with nausea and vomiting. I hope you can find some relief, soon.

When I get a little time, I'll see if I can correct your avatar.

Love,
Wayne
