Okay, my turn to vent. My boss is in a mood. I can't seem to do anything right. He is overwhelmed, and doesn't want is staff to make decisions without him. It is currently my turn to be severly picked on for every little thing.

Don't get me wrong... this job is still WAY better than my old one. But its just been one of those weeks, and its raining and gloomy which doesn't help.

Guess I'll go get some lunch and see what I can't do with the memos he just dumped back on my desk that aren't right.
