Hiya Sis!

The rain will be ending.....we have bright sun today, and it's probably coming your way!

I'll be anxious to hear about your thyroid test, too. Hopefully it will be nothing serious.

You have a wellness day too! Any yoga planned for today? I'm getting ready to go for a run on the trail with Rusty. I stop and let him swim in the river for 15-20 minutes and he loves it! He chases the geese but never catches them. In fact, they tease him and he gets worn out trying to catch them. They let him swim toward them until he's about 10 feet away, and then they fly 10 yards ahead, all the while honking at him. This goes on and on.

Love,

Polly
