Okay, I may be going out on a controvertial limb here, but I have to ask...

Is there a chance Kait is suffering a food sensitivity on top of her other issues? I only ask because you mention pain in her back and legs, and chest, and I know she has had surgery in all these areas. When I eat gluten, I feel scar tissue tighten up as do my muscles.

Of course this doesn't explain why she has these wacky pressure changes when she has a shunt that should be doing the job. I guess I'm just reaching at straws here for a kid who no one else seems (other than us potty people and her family) want to reach for.

I hope she can go to college in the fall. Certainly sitting around feeling crappy isn't going to help her get on with life.

I really have no answer about any food intolerances with Kait--

She is mostly a veggie---salad eater----she does like raviolies---but U have to put the sauce on the side cus she doesnt like it on top and she kinda swipes the Rav.over it----hahahaha--oh and Kait luves fruit~~~~~

And Now Kris has become a VEGAN!!!!

I think Lynn is banging her head against the wall---I will have to mention this to Lynn---not about the wall ---the eating of course???
I think we are all going to *bang* our heads against the brick wall~~~
This trip to ITALY doesnt sound like it will be to much fun if Kait will be miserable--well maybe Lynn can stick her in a gondola and she can see the sights that way!!!
