Hi Cristi,

Dr. Fox says that dry mouth and dry eyes are also characteristic of depression and, in that case, is due to another mechanism other than autoimmune. So it's probably not autoimmune, thank goodness, since you have so much on your plate already.

I admire your positive spirit and determination!
