Emily attached a picture to the Hi from Roni and Emily thread. How do you attach a picture and not have it come out so big?

If you're going to use the built-in Bulletin Board Image option, (or HTML code), you will have to set it to the size you want in an image processing program, before posting the picture.
If you use the "ImageShack option to post the picture, you can select a thumbnail for your post, and then anyone who clicks on the thumbnail will see a window open with a full size image.
To do this, click on the 'Browse" button beside the "ImageShack" window, (below the message composing window). This will allow you to browse to the image file stored on your computer. After you click on the desired image file, to select it, then click on the "Host It" button. You will be taken to the ImageShack site, after the image uploads.
From the ImageShack page where your picture is now displayed, copy the Thumbnail URL for Forums 1, (usually the second URL from the top), located above the picture, not below it, and past the complete URL into your post, wherever you want the image to appear. The "Thumbnail for forums 1" option works correctly for this forum.
ImageShack image hosting is free, and they will store your images forever. You can then use those images in emails, or anywhere you want on the web, just by copying and pasting the appropriate URL for the use that you have in mind. However, before you can use their services, you have to register on their site.
If you have any problems or questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
