I know, she sent me one too, and I changed the security arrangement, and asked her to try it and let me know, but she hasn't responded. I'm beginning to think maybe we were in too big a hurry to open this bord. LOL. We should have checked our the security permissions limitations first. We only checked moderator status. I can't get any rank below that to achieve access, no matter how I set up the permissions.

I'm going through it again, but so far no luck.

Tex
I have to make a delivery and will be gone for about an hour. WISH I could help.

Will get back on later.

Might be best to postpone till it can get resolved.

Frustrating

Yeah, sure, go ahead and get outta Dodge before the lynch mob gets any closer. LOL.

I'll be right behind you as soon as I can grab a canteen, so that I can hold out for a few days. LOL.

Hi Tex,

Don't sweat it - we expect some glitzches - that's why we are testing the board before it opens to the general public.

Tomorrow perhaps you can reach your tech guys to see if they have an answer to this problem. Otherwise I don't see anything wrong with making everybody a moderator temporarily. Can you then later make a moderator a regular member or are we all stuck in the moderator position?! Now that would be special

Love,
Karen

Thanks for the laugh, Rita. I wonder if the easiest solution might be to just convince your husband to read this board regularly, and it probably wouldn't take long before he becomes as goofy as the rest of us, and then he'd see you as perfectly normal. LOL.

Karen,

The permissions status of any individual, or any group, can be changed in the twinkling of an eye, on the admin panel.

Love,
Tex
