Katy--I FinallyFound Some Kozy Shack Puddings

Post by tex »

I didn't realize that they required refrigeration, and I had always been looking where the regular pudding type snacks are sold, (like Kraft, etc.). Knowing where to look makes all the difference in the world.

All the flavors that were available contained milk, but fortunately, I seem to be able to handle milk now, so I bought a few of the 6-packs. So far, I've tried the tapioca and the rice puddings, and they are superb!

Thanks,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Hi Wayne et al,

Sure do miss those little treats. Discovered them when I first went gf, before I realized and tested for the dairy casein problem.
They helped me to fill up on something while getting used to being off gluten. Alot of things got me over THAT hurdle, but alot didn't make the final cut, so to speak! Ha!

Yours, Luce
