Mary,
I based the inclusion of TMJ on the fact that so many of us have it, (I only had it when actively reacting during D episodes, though), and this PubMed report:

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Mary,
My jaw eventually quite clicking out loud a number of years back, but I'm scared to death something's going to come loose on that side if I make a false move. Sometimes if I just move someway that's slightly out of the "right" position, that side hurts, and it feels as though something's bad wrong in there. I NEVER intentionally move it out of alignment, but my jaws just don't seem to be able to stay in alignment without my exerting some determined effort to keep them this way. At some point, eating may be a challenge.
Mary, do you know whether people with TMJ should have their jaw joints x-rayed or something periodically, just to see what the status is of the joint? I've not had anything like this done that I know of, other than the usual dental x-rays.
One time my teeth got stuck in an out of alignment position back in the 80's, so I lived on pasta and ice cream for almost a whole week, mostly cause didn't wanna go to the hospital. Somehow, I managed to get em loose, and back in alignment. My sister's a doc, and she STILL doesn't believe that's what happened, but it was the real thing.
She said that's an emergency when it happens. Can't remember, but it just might be that I unstuck the jaws during my sleep. Might've really hurt if I'd been awake! Ha!
Back when I was an older child, I had the same thing happen with a "trick knee" that had bothered me for a long time -- thing just all of a sudden quit getting stuck in the bent position, and whatever was wrong (cartilege) just no longer caused that problem, ever again.
Yours, Luce

2 or 3 (but I answered 3)
LC
Gluten intolerance (and casein)
The third will hopefully be confirmed next week among these options:
Thyroids or Hypoglycemia
BTW, excellent work, Wayne!

Hi Polly,
Well shame on me. For some reason or other, I was thinking that Sjogren's was on the list. And, I just assumed that DH was a part of celiac sprue. Since it has it's own name, though, I suppose it should be listed. Actually, thinking about it, it probably is just another separate issue caused by gluten sensitivity, rather than being a part of sprue.
Anyway, I'll add them both. Thanks for pointing them out.
Love,
Wayne

Endometriosis (stage 4)
Lymphocytic Colitis / Gluten Sensitive
Psoriasis (mild, constrained to my scalp)
Anti Phospholipid Antibodies (positive for these since 2006, maybe earlier)
Anemia (isn't b-12 related as my levels are "off the charts" - they've never been able to determine the cause).
So 4....or with anemia, 5.
