The buckwheat I bought is by Pocono - cream of buckwheat. It is 100% organic and says "wheat and gluten free" on the box. The phone number on the box is 315-536-3311 (NY).

Thanks for the tip. I looked at their website. They have a recepie for crepes.
I have only been to the healthfood stores in walking distance. I just need to drive across town to the one that has a larger selection. I will go this week sometime when I can combine it with other errands in the same direction.
