Hi everyone. I've been drinking orange juice fortified with calcium and vitamin D. Is that a good way to get some calcium? I know little about the subject but seem to recall that not all types of calcium get absorbed. Thanks!
Love, Carrie

calcium
Carrie,
I don't know about the types of CA absorbed, but I just wanted to say that Orange Juice gives me problems. I react by puking. I suppose those of us with other fruit intolerances would know this because we puke, but I wonder if maybe orange juice could affect you in other ways.. just a thought..

Don't think it was a problem for me. Need to get back on it, as a matter of fact. If it begins to cause problems, will get back here to let everyone know.
