Maybe it explains the soy and yeast and citric acid too. Verrrrrry interesting. It certainly is a potential explanation of why we have so much problem with those ubiquitous "natural flavorings". I trust you have pasted this url into the "Info on Diet" forum? (You are always a step ahead of me!).

Thanks Wayne....

all this information is very helpful.....

Woke up at 2:00 in the morning with a pounding headache...... I started taking methly-prednisone yesterday to help break the cycle....my head feels all pressurized...I think inflammation definitely plays a role....
