Hi everyone. It's Saturday morning and the saga continues.
Larry's dad is scheduled for surgery on Wednesday morning and has to be at the hospital at 6 a.m.
My nephew (the one who lost his grandmother this week) totaled his car this morning and is LUCKY to be alive! He fell asleep at the wheel and went airborn 70 feet and flipped it end to end and over. He is extremely bruised and cut. He has stitches and staples in his head, back, arm and face. He is a mess but soooooo lucky.
I'm sure hoping that the stress level reduces soon - the potty has been getting a good workout this morning.
The sun is shining and cool today. Hopefully the rain won't make an appearance like they say. We are going to try to work in the flowerbeds in the front yard tomorrow. We are going to extend it so that my plants have more room to grow. Right now they are bunched together.
Today I am planning on working indoors since the week has been so hectic. I've not touched anything indoors all week. sigh. Not something I'm looking forward to doing.
My back and neck are locking up again. Seems to be worse due to the stress I suppose.
Trisha is home from the hospital and recouping. They seem to think she had a viral infection and it's possible that a cyst on her ovary burst. The cyst is gone but there is fluid in the area now. This saga continues with lots of crap going on with her and her latest actions. I just don't know what to do with kids these days. She seems to be going backwards in her life. Guess she has to figure things out for herself but I wish she would leave the rest of us out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Picuture me just throwing my arms in the air in frustration!)
I hope everyone has a wonderful day and relaxing weekend.
Love,
Mars

"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful." -- Buddha

Margie dearest~~~~
First I am glad FIL is set for surgery---along with good results
I am also sorry to hear about your nephew---but thankful that he was very lucky--- all that has happened in his life --sometimes we think we are SUPERPEOPLES and just keep going--
As far as--Trisha---THERE is NOTHING that U can DO---with these kids---
Im sure U have depleted yourself with *helping*---
She will have to figure out for herself the right way to live her life--
Ive been there(as Im sure many of us have) and who got the bad tummy??? *ME*--*WE* and *US*
Worrying--helping--sorting--suggesting----
U gotta be DREAMING---LEAVE U and LARRY outta of it--
's U on the head----WAKE UP--
I am going to SAY----WE ALL HAVE DONE THE UTMOST--but we are still *mommy & daddy* the FIXER-UPPERS!!!
Take care and enjoy your flowers--
many

Hi Mars,
I couldn't have said it better than Barbara.
I hope you can enjoy your weekend. I'm sure that working in the flowerbeds will be a lot of work, but will result in a relaxing mood, and a lot of satisfaction.
Love,
Wayne

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Me, too, Margie,
Raising kids sure makes me have more empathy for my mom. You just don't know till you walk in their shoes . .

Hey Mars,
Nothing better for what ails you and to clear your head than spending time outdoors in the sun and getting dirt under your nails. Try not to even think about the indoor house work, that can wait. I'm trying to ignore mine.
I'm planting today too, and will be thinking about you.
Love,
Joanna
