Off work today

Post by annie oakley »

Had a pretty good day, even though I had to go into town and do laundry. Hubby is leaving again for the coast of Texas, Close to Corpus Monday for a whole week this time. Had a slight flare this am early :toilet: I ate a couple things I haven't eaten in awhile (a chocolate Chip Cookie...not home made...and a piece of fried chic...didn't investigate origin of coating) Live and Learn. Went between Constipation and D for a short time but am back to normal without any meds taken. :bouncing: I have eliminated alot of things in my diet, and while I am not totally gluten free....the longer I go with out those Items and then re-introduce them...man it causes me a problem. SO they are perm off the can do list and I am going to iliminate another one also. I have occasstionally had cereal with milk in the am, well the milk is not helping....I may try goats milk if I can get to the store tomorrow. I don't use sugar on my cereal. So have a great night all. Love Oma

Glad you are feeling better now, Oma. Gotta watch all those things don't you. I thought you were maintaining on 1 Asacol a day. Probably thinking of someone else.

I had a good meal tonight. 2 Hebrew National hot dogs split longways and stuffed with grated cheese (no bun), sauerkraut & raw onion. :cat:

*pat myself on back* I do believe it was gluten free!! Love those hot dogs.

Yeah, a hotdog with saurkraut and onion, maybe a little chile, would be great,, but I don't believe my gut would handle it. :toilet: Sigh

Ok - Glad the 1 Asacol a day helps a lot at least, but I sure understand what pressure and stress you have been under in the past year. Hard for 1 little Asacol pill to totally defend your inners with all that going on.

Hope you have a good night and a better day tomorrow.
