Hi Jean,

Does the white willow bark provide relatively immediate relief like an aspirin? I've heard about it, but I thought it was something you had to take for a few months.

Thanks very much for the suggestion. BTW, I LOVE the wonderful lists you made that itemize the foods/items that contains gluten, dairy, corn, etc. Very helpful!

Celia,

I find that it works just like aspirin, I take it for pain and it lasts about four hours. The one I get is in a gel cap. I rarely use it. A bottle lasts me a year.
