Well I dont think the asacol has ever done anything for me. I have never felt better because of it and think at times i have felt worse because of the asacol. They come out in whole tabs, looking just like when I swallowed them hours before.

I am slowly tapering off the asacol, I am down to one a day now just to make sure there are no negative consequences of getting off the asacol. The next step is the entocort if my colonoscopy and biopsies are normal. Then the last step is the imodium. This is the path I have discussed with my doctor so I am going to stick with it.

Thanks for the concern though.

And I can tell the diet is working becuase I have less of a brain fog, it is easier to get up in the mornings, my ankle pains are getting better, less stomach grumbling.
Dr Fine test shows positive for gluten and casien but negative for soy, eggs, and yeast
Maybe its UC maybe its MC? Who knows at this point, but at least I know my intollerances now... so heres to the road to healing!

Hey there,

Sounds like you are right on target. Glad to see that!

You are really very fortunate that Dr. Fine's lab didn't find any more allergens.
That gives you a few more options.

Glad the fog has lifted! That's a really weird thing, don't you think?

Yours, Luce
