Well, I hope ya'll are enjoying this weekend. I am actually enjoying doing nothing. I have done the :clothesline: I made the potato salad, and the Beans w/ham. I think I will take it easy the rest of the day, as I have a vertebrae in the neck out of whack, this has happened before and it causes a severe pain on the right upper back area just below the shoulder. Have been to the Chiro for it lots.....but they are closed today and most likely thru the 4th. But I will be checking. It's real painful. This happens every so often and the Chiro fixes it. :doctor:

Ouch!!!
Sounds like something my daughter has trouble with. She has two discs in her neck that are in bad shape.

Hope you can get some relief soon. Perhaps they will be open tomorrow, but if so consider yourself a really lucky person.

Oma, dear, when you get to your chiro ask him if there is anything he can teach you to do yourself to alleviate the pain until you can get in to see him. I have a neck problem and mine taught me how to "unlock" what was causing it and most of the time I don't even have to go in. Just a thought.

I'm sorry you hurt. :sad:
