I know that it may come with age but, I am retaining water I think. I plan as soon as I have Insurance to go back to the doctor but, I have noticed that my ankles are swollen and I am holding water. Physically I don't have any thing new to worry about that I know of....have any of you experienced the swelling in the ankles and elsewhere?
I Don't feel bad except maybe fat
but then no one is ever happy with their weight. I know my water pills have run out, but I can get a new RX when I go back to the doctor, It's like mother nature is getting even with me for all the years I mis-treated the old body here.
It's like everything has decided to just fall apart all in one 5 year period.......does that sound right?
