Yep, mine was BRAND NEW also - it has an MP3 player and picture capability. I was told by a friend that works for the cell phone company that I am better off "loosing" the phone since the warranty is void with water damage.

Now isn't that the pitts!!!!

Well, I suppose everybody has this story....my son Mike PUT his shoes in the toilet and pooped on them. No, they didn't work after that. Where was I? Dealing with a meltdown his baby sister was having in the next room.

Ahh, those were the good old days.
