Guess who just came to my place? Yep...NORMAN

Post by Peggy »

For those of you unfamiliar with the term "Norman" it developed from a typo many years ago in reference to a "normal" movement.

And by crickey if I didn't just have the most perfect Norman I've seen in a long time!

(the things we don't talk about!)

I've been taking 6 Asacol per day now for quite some time. I had a reprieve when I broke my neck, I guess my body had so much to do with healing it just couldn't be bothered with the diarrhea. Then as I healed the d came back. The Asacol and codeine didn't help a bit. I, also, have lost more than 20 pounds since my fall over 9 months ago now, and don't seem to be gaining any of it back. Amazingly I lost a few more pounds on my trip to New York - we ate very very well, but I didn't eat a lot.

:xfingers: for me that this is trend planning on sticking around for a while.

And let's

Well how about that? In the world of MC, I reckon it just doesn't get any better than that. Congratulations!

A visit from Norman is always welcome.. Congrats upon his arrival..LOL

I lost over 20 pounds before Norman arrived using entocort.. then I promptly gained it all back when I could eat again after almost 4 years of mostly D!

The overdose of steroids given for my back... left me with Norman and no need for Entocort.. strange world this MC illness has brought me!

That's great Peg. So happy for you.
You probably did not put any weight on in New York because of all that climbing up the Empire State building & expect talking ten to the dozen burns energy up too. :conversation: :blah: :blah: :conversation: :circle:

And you do look pretty trim, taut & terrific I must say.

Love

Dear Peg,

I must say you looked rather "babe-ish" in your New York photos.

You complain so little, I'm feeling guilty that I wasn't feeling your pain more these past months. That was really a terrible thing, wasn't it? (the fall)

Our weird bodies . . . We are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Love, Marsha
