The *GARDENER*

Post by barbaranoela »

Our next door neighbors arent the *happiest* group ---

Soooooo, the *Gardener* is out back--prunning their shrubbery that seeps thru our fence, making out yard look scuzzy, and then the GARDENER throws all the clippings back onto their property!!!!!

It would be very interesting if I posted the things this family has done---

Now we are going to the PALISADES--good for bargains and ROBBERIES

till later

I want to hear the stories about your neighbors, but please wait until I get back from the beach. Don't want to miss it!

Hope you find a lot of chotchkes (sp?) on your shopping trip.

Love,

Polly

Good for THE GARDENER!!

MY neighbors used to throw their BIG dog's poops over the fence into my garden. Once I was out the weeding and the damn thing almost hit me on the head.

I took the poop on the end of my shovel and deposited it on their front door step, rang the bell, and when they answered I said, "I believe this belongs to you." They had the decency to be embarrassed and never did it again.

I mean there are certain things in this world that you shouldn't have to be told!!!

Hmph.

Oh Sally, that's so funny!

At one time, someone was stealing my morning newspaper if I didn't retrieve it before 7:00 am. I got tired of it, so I got up early one morning, took the paper out of the bag and filled it with fresh dog poop. My paper was never stolen again.

Barbara,

Sounds like you have neighbors like mine.

Love, Jean

We are pretty lucky with our immediate neighbours. Although there are little problems at times, like when Ray & Tanya have friends over in Summer & they sit out their back yard until late. Ray has a VERY loud voice & even our air conditioner does not drown it out. I don't say too much though because they are pretty good people to have living next door to you most of the time. They even allow Robert to prune (there is that word again) their plants so that he can sit at our kitchen table & still see the water. A mother & daughter live the other side. We hardly ever see Katrina because she works long hours. Georgie, the Mum has a mental illness & if she does not take her medication there can be problems. But she is good hearted & would do anything for you & we look after her as well. I suppose we all have our idiosyncracies & we have to learn to live with those of others.

Love
