Gluten free*Lactose free*Vegan Peanut Butter

Post by annie oakley »

It's called Smart Balance Omega Natual Peanut Butter. Do Not have to refriderate, no refrined sugar, trans fat free, omega-6 , omega oil.
Ingredients are:
Peanuts
natural oil blend of, flaxseed and palm fruit oils)
salt
I can tell the lack of refined sugar. tastes more like peanuts to me. I like the taste and have had no problems in two days of eating it. I ate it both days and will eat it today again. It comes in creamy and chunky.
I thought those of us who eat peanut butter would be interested.
Smart Balance also makes a butter spread that I already eat (hubby is a real butter nut and he likes this) Smart Balance also makes Mayonaise, which I haven't tried but plan on it soon as it appears in the market here (small town ya know?) It mixes real easy, as natural peanut butter has theoil that settles at the top, but as I said Mixes up real easy.

I agree Barb! I put it on Shredded wheat. Sounds bad but tastes great. By the way Barb Thank you for the card!
I am going to get the Smart Balance Mayo also. :eat: I love the stuff too. Better than Skippy and peter pan. Not near the sweetness in it. Love Oma

Well U know me and cards-----specially the Leanin Trees one--

Happy Mayo-ing

I'm looking for that special one for you. Most of the time I use nothing on my bread also. I do however use mayo on my potato salad and Macaroni salads. Love Oma

I didn't know there was peanut butter. We've used the Smart Balance "butter" for years. My jar of Skippy is almost empty so I will look for it at the store. Thank you!

Yes you are an angel Oma!

Didn't mean that as a value judgment, just a clarification.
I'm having a hard time these days keeping up with what everyone's doing for their condition, so thought I'd ask, so now I know.

Yours, Luce
