Hi Andrew,
I have a hard time with medications taken by mouth. So my naturopath had a compounding pharmacy make up a suppository with just bifidobacter in it as my stool test said I didn't have any and it is beneficial. I tried the one you are on early after I became ill and thought I was going to die.....way too harsh for me. So far I am tolerating this.
