My new boss just sent me this link after she saw the woman on a Food TV cooking special this weekend. Seems to have a wealth of information on her website.

This looks really helpful! And boy do I wish I'd caught that show. Any idea what show it was? I tried looking up what she called it in her blog but didn't find it. We watch food network a lot and I hope it gets replayed at some point. So much of the cuisine they make on those shows looks like its gf...or I get ideas for how to cook new stuff that I can easily substitute.

Hi Kathy,

Will try to find the name of the show and I really do like my new job. It is so much more low-key and I am learning new things. Never too late to learn.
