Private Messaging

Question for those of you that use this feature: Do you see delays, like sometimes up to 24 hours before the recipient might get your message?
I've been having this problem lately and sometimes it appears they don't go through at all.

Has anyone else noticed it? Anyone have problems with e-mailing?

Hi Joanna. Have not noticed any delay. I expect it would depend on when people check their mail. I will send you one now & see what happens.

Thanks Liz, I'll look for it and respond. After a message is sent it should appear in my sent box, right? I sent one earlier today, 7 hours and it is not in my sent mail...?

That's not quite how it works. Actually, when you send a PM, it will appear immediately in your "Outbox", where it will remain until the addressee opens it to read it. After it is opened by the addressee, then it will appear in your "Sentbox". As long as it remains in your "Outbox", you can still edit it, or delete it, if you wish.

I hope this clarifies the situation.
