Products Question

Post by cludwig »

Hi Friends,

I was wondering what toothpaste and dishsoap people use who have intolerences to gluten dairy and soy. I am having problems with getting rid of the soy, and Tom's of Maine has carrageenen of all things. Thanks.

Love,
Cristi

Hi,

I just use plain Colgate paste, and Listerine mouthwash, and can't tell anything different after using it, but I do my best not to swallow things like that as well.

Didn't know that about Tom's -- don't want that seaweed getting caught between your teeth! Ha!

I can see that you leave no stone unturned. The fact that your discomfort is leaving is an excellent sign that you're on the right track.
Congratulations!

Yours, Luce

Thanks for the product recommendation Luce. I'm developing funny habits as I get more paranoid about what goes in my mouth. Even though I have a gf shampoo, I find myself spitting in the shower just in case some got in my mouth. I am turning into a loon!

Cristi

Cristi,

I just use plain old baking soda, Arm & Hammer.

I think it's Polly that focuses on dry brushing everyday.

Love, Jean
