Update on New Job and a prayer please!

Post by annie oakley »

Well, where to start.........As you all know when I started back to Sitel, we were in a training class for 2-3 weeks out on the floor and on the phones...then tr5ansferred to a new campaign and MORE training....well today I was informed that QA will listen to me tomorrow...I have 3 qa's I need to pass to get out of the training mode and into real life phone work... :mallet: I have no doubt I can do the work (cust serv for Capitol One) I just get nervous and am afraid to mess up so to speak. I just need a prayer or two that I will remember all I learned and pass my QA's. :barbell: I know a grown woman shouldn''t fret so but......the evil worrisome side pops out lately when under stress..... :bandevil: Love to you all, keep thy fingers and toes mostly crossed.....Love Oma
PS I do like My job.

You'll do fine Oma! I have faith in you!

With all the training you have had - you'll pass it with flying colors and with your eyes closed!

Remember, no one is perfect - relax and use what you learned.

Sending you good {{{{{{{{{{{Oma}}}}}}}}}}}

Love,
Mars

Oma, I am sure that you will do just fine and not to worry. Even with my new job I have made a couple of little mistakes but everyone understands and they won't happen again. Mostly forgetting to forward phones to night when I am at lunch.

Everyone I have dealt with at Capital One are wonderful and hopefully I will get you for customer service some time.

Love, Maggie

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
