Guess they didn't look at Omega fats this time, but haven't they been thought to be beneficial to brain health in other studies?
Also, isn't there supposed to be more aluminium in the brains of Alzheimer's patients? I wonder if higher fat intakes might also be related to that?
Isn't copper supposed to help with regulating blood glucose?
Hmm, guess it's a matter of balance with all these things.
I'll be glad when we find out more about how the brain works.

I believe you're right about all those points. Apparently this research was concerned with high levels of copper in the diet, for some reason or other.
