Hi All, My sister, my only sister called to tell me that she had been treated in the ER for kidney stones last week...which led to doctor appts. test, and more test etc. Some how they discovered two spots on one lung. One has gown alot in a week. This is a lady with Parkinsons and MS, and she now has an appt with a thorasic (probably spelled wron) surgeon. Scares the hell out of me....she is scared also. This sister of mine has never smoked, drank one glass of wine at her wedding when she was 18 (now 67), led a good life and now this. I'm not asking why...just need prayers for her. Her name is Roberta. And she is my friend as well as my Sister. Thanks Love Oma

So sorry to hear about Roberta, Oma. She has certainly had a rocky road in life & it is heart breaking that she is having to endure even more. I will keep her in my thoughts & prayers.
Love

Prayers being said for your sister - and friend!! Sounds like she has had a rough time, medically, in recent years. I will definitely keep her in my thoughts!
It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
As soon as we know what the Doctor says I will update ya'll. I just feel at a loss to say too much to her, but I stayed on the phone with her last night and taked for an hour. Thanks everyone. Love Oma

We are praying for Roberta, you and all family and friends.
My father is a grief & crisis counselor, among other things, and his advice to me in your situation with your sister is to listen to her, and talk about what she want's to talk about. Let her lead your conversations. She may just need you to listen right now.
