Today I was sitting there at My computer getting ready to get back on the phone, had my sweater on, as the AC (because of the computers and amt of people on the floor) was quite cool........when out of the clear blue i started shucking clothes that I could shcuk without revealing anything. Sweat running down my forehead and fanning myself the whole time, then as quick as it came on I was cold again. No fever, Just hot Flash in the flesh, so to speak. Everyne around me thought There was something wrong, until the lady across from me finished her call and said, "oh, you too Huh?" I asked what she meant and she said Menopause right? Man I hate this stuff. How are you doing with it? Love Oma

Sorry, I missed this post. I'm doing better today. Got my period, so I'll have a week off and then it's back to the viscous cycle again.
