Got careless and pigged out

Hi All,
I don't know what got into me today but I got careless and tried a bunch of new things and now I think I'm reacting. Dumb, dumb, dumb. I went crazy and had: smoked white fish from "Up North", fig preserves and a new brand of proscuitto all in one sitting. I'm all bloated and nauseous now. I guess I'll just have to suffer through it for the next couple of days.

Hi Melissa,

Well, it seems that at one time or another, most of us have been in that situation, so pleae don't feel too badly. Maybe you just ate too much, or you picked up a virus at work. Those three items don't sound particularly risky.

Happens to the best of us, Melissa! I hope the flare is shortlived and that you are back to square one ASAP. Interesting meal, BTW. I have been eating a lot of plain black mission figs lately and enjoying them thoroughly.

Melissa--I have done the same-----so dont condemn yourself---

I have done it----enjoyed it---and if I suffered for it---well, OK--we learn all over again

Fortunately, it wasn't a bag reaction, this time. I get impulsive every once in a while, what can I say.
