Shirley,

Try a good olive oil and rosemary on your potato. Salt is fine as well.

Have a friend who used to use Tobasco or a hot sauce on hers, all by itself. I don't know which of the sauces is free of our intolerances, however, so best check into that if it interests you.

Then, there's chicken broth if it's gf, etc.

Good olive oil and rosemary is still my favorite.

I have been meaning to try olive oil on a baked potato - now I'll try the Rosemary as well. Thanks :grin:
