Q for MIs
Hey all you with multiple intolerances, do any of you use Kitchen Basic beef broth? It says it's free of glutens and diary and it doesn't appear to have corn in it but who knows. Before I mess up and make a big pot of stew with it, I thought I'd ask around.
thanks,

What a coincidence. I saw the Kitchen Basics Broth at my local Safeway this affternoon. I have been looking for things that are less labor intensive. Their web site does not shed much light.

Maybe their is more contact info on the box. I will have to look again next week since I did not bring any home.

Clicking on my link brought up a very different site with a bar across the top with FAQ and other things. Don't know what my confuser is doing but thier beef and chicken stocks look pretty good to me after a second look. If you have a problem with corn you might best avoid the vegetable and seafood stock in that they contain "natural flavor" from corn. They also contain tomatoes(niteshades) so do be carefull if that might be a problem
