It's morning now and I just wanted to thank you for the good wishes.....and say that when I went to the Doc the other day he gave me some samples of AmbienCR to try. I had a wonderful sleep last night. I'm think I'm going to ask for a prescription. Not to take every night but for when it seems like I'm going to lie there an think all night long.

I may have slept good last night anyway because I felt so exhausted, but I didn't want to take the chance since that has happened to me before.

Does anyone have or know of anyone who has had epidural steroid injections for pain. Mom had her first one yesterday. She has a lot of osteoarthritus and there are bone spurs all up and down her spine, also in her shoulders and probably other places. She has a lot of pain. Back, leg neck and up around her right ear. They gave her the injection in her neck/upper back this time. Plan to give her one in her lower back in 3 weeks.

Just wondering if anyone personally knows of this helping anyone.
