I just had labs done, CBC normal except for low WBC – 3.9 (4.8-11.2), Chem profile – all normal, Albumin, B12 - 1149, HDL – 93.1, ANA – 15 (<7.5),
ANA titer – 1:16 (<1:40), Homogeneous speckled pattern detected
Norman every day

& sometimes a little belly ache

after breakfast. Stopped the coffee

, really only drank it for the cream & vanilla syrup, sigh!!!!

Over the course of the day I have a: (creature of habit)
1. bag of kettle chips (2oz) russet potatoes, safflower/sunflower oil, salt
2. Nana GF, DF, EF cookie (brown rice flour, tapioca flour, cocoa, fruit juice, GF whole grain dextrins, GF puffed rice, canola oil, baking soda, pure vanilla)
thinking that the chips & cookies may be part of the problem but I need a substitution that travels well & can sit in the car
3. Thermos (32 oz) of decaf green tea sweetened with stevia
4. @ least 24 oz of bottled water
Breakfast: Puffed rice cereal with GF almond milk
thinking that the almond milk may be a problem & will try to make some this weekend; having a really hard time giving up breakfast food; Luce mentioned power bars but I can’t find any that don’t have soy or whey
Snack: 2 Slices organic turkey breast with GF mustard
Lunch: 2 Slices organic turkey breast with GF mustard
Supper: Turkey chili ( I made it & am planning on posting, ground turkey, poblano peppers, onions, chili powder, cumin, garlic, cannelini beans, black beans & pinto beans)
Snack: Edy’s whole fruit lemonade bar (water, sugar, lemon juice, guar gum, carob bean gum, ascorbic acid)
looking for a substitute, really miss ice cream

Breakfast: Erewhon Rice Twice GF cereal (organic brown rice, organic brown rice syrup, honey, sea salt) with GF almond milk
Snack: 5 rice snaps with fruit juice sweetened strawberry jam
Lunch: Red beans & rice (onions, peppers, chili powder) with pulled chicken (red peppers, onions, chili powder, tomatoes)
Supper: 2 Slices organic turkey breast with GF mustard
Snack: 10 cherries
