We are now 1 week into the new system at work......we have sooo many new glitches and problems.....It's amazing. I know there are always bugs to work out with new systems but c"mon! The transit keeps poppin out and returning to another location...too many things going on. One pitcular thing we do for Our Card Holders is to take over the phone payments and when we do now it sometimes take twice the time because the puter will lock us out and we have to get out of the system and then get back in.....I have about worn out my rubber stress ball, not to mention have eaten acouple handfuls of tylenol in the last week. Hopefully all will go well shortly. Gratefully they are not doing any QA's til all is working properly. Had to vent some just a little stress over the job, I'll go outside and hop around the pit fire some, can't run but can hop. Well got to go run and take some sinus stuff, throat scratchy and nose draining. I thnk I'll break out the Codene cough syrup as well. Thank goodness you all are here. Love Oma

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the new system. My daughter-in-law used to work in software development and they were always rushing to meet a deadline and never had time to get all the glitches out. She found it very frustrating--and that frustration is passed along to the consumer apparently! Glad you can squeeze your stress ball and hop around the fire pit! Paints a pretty funny picture in my mind!

Those %$&#* computers have a mind of their own, don't they? Or is it the software? WHATEVER, I know how annoying it can be. At least it's your WORK computer and not your home one. It would be worse if we lost contact with you. LOL!
