Marsha-

These look really good (at least the first 2 - I'm not a coconut fan!) - perfect for the upcoming holidays! We GFers need to bring our own cookie trays to holiday gatherings!

They are REALLY good (the first two). My husband eats both and like them as much as traditional cookies. I hope you try them.
