Hi Jill,
Changing your internet service shouldn't have any effect on your email address, except that your browser will have to be set up to use the new modem.
You could set up a wireless local area network, (LAN), for your computer, and then your student could access your internet service through your computer, (without adding broadband service). She could also access files on your computer, if you select "file sharing" when you set up the computer for networking, but initially, this option is deselected by default. You can buy wireless adaptors that connect to your existing networking port, or adaptors that connect to a USB port, if you don't have a LAN port on your computer.
That said, many/most broadband modems are set up to handle multiple computers, so if it comes with a wireless adaptor, then you are in business. If not, it will have to be added.
Here is a listing of AT&T-Yahoo's residential high speed internet service plans, if you are interested in subscribing to one of them. Note that upload speed is always much, much slower than download speed. This is typical of all service plans:

Note that these rates are for California, but I doubt that they're any different for most locations. I couldn't get the "change location" link to work properly, so I couldn't persuade it to display the table for your state. Maybe you can get it to work properly on your computer.
I hope this helps.
You're always welcome,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Woo Hoo Normans back! Great News Jill!JJ wrote:This morning, voila! Norman was back!
If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't even think about weaning down your medication for awhile. For now, try to put that out of your mind (if you can) and just relax and see how things go.
Love,
Joanna

Glad to hear Norman reappeared!
I have never been able to reduce my Entocort dosage.. have stayed with 3 a day. The doc says not to worry that very little is really absorbed anyway.
I can also attest to the fact that prednisone brings a fast remission... i had that when I hurt my back in May ... unfortunately they gave me the wrong dose and darn near killed me with a stroke! The remission lasted about 3 months..then had to go back on the Entocort...

Hi Grannyh...I am still not having perfect Normans every day yet, but things are much better. I realized yesterday that my prexcription will run out before the mo is out, and I will need the doc to write a new one for 3 pills/day instead of 1. I spent $90 on my various prescriptions the other day, and that is with insurance. My co-pay is very high for Entocort and Lexapro.....grrrrrr.....thanks for the info...TTFN...JJ
