B Vitamin Levels

Post by mle_ii »

Ok, onto another vitamin question. :)

Has anyone here had their levels of B Vitamins checked? What were the levels? I'm really interested in B12, but the others are of interest as well.

Thanks,
Mike

I've had folate checked, just in the course of a general blood workup. It was in the normal range. I have taken B12 in the methycobalamine form and it does help give me more energy. If I take it after 3 in the afternoon, I have a hard time sleeping.
There you have it, Marsha

Thanks Marsha. Indeed my folate was normal on one type of test, yet low on another.
