Kitchen Basic beef broth experiment
I finally tried Kitchen Basic beef broth in a stew recipe. It seems to be fine for me. It says it has no "glutens" and apparently doesn't have any of my other triggers ( dairy, corn, yeast, eggs, soy). Just thought other MIs might want to know.

I have enjoyed the Kitchen Basics "Natural Chicken Cooking Stock" several times since you first posted about it.
Good to hear that the Beef broth worked for you. Nothing like hearing about another's success to make one more adventuresome.
What kind of stew did you make. Nosey I know but I am always interested in new MI food ideas.
Happy Halloween.

Hi Melissa,
I just wanted to write and tell you that's the brand I use, also. I've thought about emailing them and saying a big thank you. I'ts a pretty good product, and I wonder why they went the extra mile to make a product that has no weird ingredients in it.
Love, Marsha
