Things are getting wierd

Well, here's short update on work......Right now there are about 5 on my team at work that are submitting resignations contingent on the higher up's working with us on our schedules. I am one of them. I am putting apps in other places. If they decide to work with me I may stay. I am also taking off tomorrow from work, I need a break as it all has been real mentally taxing. I am wore out and mentally drained and realllllllly upset still. Just keeping you all updated. Love Oma

Oh, Oma, I am sorry to hear that you might have to do the job search thing again. However, if you do, I am confident you will find something well suited to you. I know you have put your heart into this job, but sometimes things are just meant to be. Keep your chin up and more importantly, your confidence. You have a lot of things going for you.

Oma,

I'm so sorry to hear your going through this work related stuff again. You mentioned problems with your work schedule and it sounds like your not the only one unhappy. Are you all working over 40 hrs. a week and not getting overtime pay or what exactly is the scheduling problem?

The more important question is to ask yourself if your happy with your work and if not, in my opionion put your resume out there and move on to something else. Life is too short to work a job your not content with when you have other options.

but I'm not holding my breath.

Hope Mike gets a deer instead of a bobcat next time he goes out. Speaking of deer, did you see the one on CNN that has its face stuck in a plastic pumpkin?

I am so sorry to hear that after all you hard work finding a job that you really liked, the powers that be screwed it up for you and it sounds like some others. I know you will land on your feet and my prayers are with you during this search.

Why don't they ever get it?
