Well, if this isn't more evidence of some folks reaction to Carrageenan, then I don't know what else could be. I'm guessing this is some form of molecular mimicry going on here. The Carrageenan looks like, to some folks immune systems, some prevous pathogen or looks like one corresponding to an HLA gene.

What boggles my mind is that Carrageenan is used for the purpose of simulating colitis in labs. So how in the world can they not put 1 and 1 together and yet I can.
