Acid vs. Alkaline

Post by kate_ce1995 »

Okay, HELP?

I was a bit dissapointed yesterday as my chiro/nutritionist who said we'd discuss nutrition/digestion, decided to address my shoulder/neck aches as structural so we didn't discuss the other. Now granted whatever he is doing is helping, so I can't complain too loudly.

But I've been trying to read up on this concept of acid forming and alkaline forming foods. But there seems to be a lot of inconsistency in food lists on line. Anyone have a good reliable reference? The Paleo book has a brief list, but not as complete in terms of # of food items as some on line resources.

Thanks,
Katy

Hi Katy,

This is probably what you're looking for:

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
