my eating habits

Post by barbaranoela »

I eat very bland---soft foods----I find that I can digest them easier---and my tummy likes them better---

I was having lactose issues when MCC was running amuck, but I notice that since I have been --well I shall use the word remission---I can tolerate dairy products-----thank goodness cus I luv real ice cream and all the other goodies---

I did the same---read all the labels and got help from my health store--and much help from my nutrictionist---she really laid out a well planned menu and that also has helped with BP---and all the other lipids

It doesnt bother me cus I eat to live----where as Lou lives to eat

Here and there I have been trying some other food stuffs but had bad luck with the cantelopes and honey-doooos---and I luv this fruit---but over did the eating(cut one for the bowl and ate 2 for myself) hahaha
Next morning had a good clean out--

Today one piece of cantelope

Have a good one-
luv Barbara

Lettuce

Post by Sally »

I just got back from a trip to Montana and I had a little flare-up while I was there. My friend and I did a lot of eating out. I had SALADS. I forgot that in most restaurants they wash the lettuce in that stuff to keep it looking fresh even when it's two weeks old. Whatever it was, my tummy did NOT like it. It doesn't like lettuce much anyway. It loves spinach.

Strange....

Lots of love,

Sally
